As a mental trainer, I integrate evidence-based mental training with my philosophy of health and well-being:
The Foundational Five
-
Focus (mental training & mindfulness)
-
Flow (movement & physical activity)
-
Fuel (nutrition & hydration)
-
Fulfillment (connection & community)
-
Fallow (sleep & recovery)
An academic background in research, critical analysis, and scientific writing continues to shape how I evaluate evidence and develop mental training protocols. I value rigor and working within what research meaningfully supports.

I was competitively involved in sports earlier in life and remain physically active through sport and weight training as part of my daily life. Alongside this, I maintain a long-standing personal practice of mindfulness and have studied nutritional science across the lifespan.

A native English speaker from the United States, I work in both English and German. I have lived in several countries among different languages and cultures. I am married and a mother of two children & a dog. My family life continues to deepen my understanding of responsibility, change, and resilience across different life stages.
